You can either fly to National Naxos Airport (JNX) through Athens or fly internationally to Paros, Mykonos or Santorini and continue with a short boat trip.
Alternatively you can fly to Athens, commute to Piraeus or Rafina port and take one of the numeral daily ferry services.
Naxos also has a public heliport for private hired helicopters.
